Mihtey Application Terms of Use

These Application Terms of Use govern access to and use of the internal business software and integrations operated by Mihtey Solutions LLC (“Mihtey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Purpose of the Application
The Mihtey application is an internal business system used to manage product, supplier, catalog, and related operational information and to support authorized synchronization of selected business data with third-party business platforms.
The application is intended for authorized use by Mihtey Solutions LLC and its approved personnel. It is not offered as a public software service and is not licensed for general consumer use.
2. Authorized Use
Access to the application is limited to authorized users.
Users may not:
• access or attempt to access the application without authorization;
• interfere with the security or operation of the application;
• use the application for unlawful purposes; or
• attempt to access data or systems outside the scope of their authorization.
3. QuickBooks Integration
The application may connect to QuickBooks Online when expressly authorized by Mihtey.
When connected, the application may read information needed to validate the connection and may create or update specifically approved product or item records as part of Mihtey’s controlled business processes.
QuickBooks synchronization is governed by internal approval and validation controls. Connecting the application does not authorize unrestricted or automatic publishing of records.
Mihtey may disconnect or revoke the QuickBooks connection at any time.
4. Business Data
Business information processed through the application remains the property of its respective owner.
Mihtey uses connected-platform information only for legitimate business, accounting, catalog, integration, verification, security, and operational purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
The application may interoperate with third-party services. Use of those services is also subject to the terms and policies of the applicable service provider.
Mihtey does not control the availability, security, or operation of third-party services.
6. Security
Mihtey uses administrative and technical controls intended to protect application access, credentials, tokens, and business data.
Access credentials and authorization tokens must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
7. Availability and Changes
Mihtey may modify, suspend, or discontinue application features or integrations as needed for business, security, compliance, or technical reasons.
8. Disclaimer
The application is provided for Mihtey’s internal business operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mihtey makes no warranty that the application or any third-party integration will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mihtey Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from unauthorized use of the application or interruptions caused by third-party services.
10. Termination of Access
Mihtey may terminate or restrict application access at any time when access is no longer authorized or when necessary to protect Mihtey, its systems, or its data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
