Mihtey Solutions Joins NCCER Basic Construction Training Program for 2025

This nationally recognized program — Core: Introduction to Basic Construction Skills — provides hands-on foundational training for individuals preparing to enter the construction industry. Participants gain essential, job-ready skills in:

• Jobsite safety and awareness

• Hand and power tool operation

• Construction math and materials handling

• Reading construction drawings

• Rigging fundamentals

• Employability and professional skills

Designed as a competency-based, pre-apprenticeship program, NCCER Core meets Perkins funding requirementsand is recognized nationwide by employers across the construction sector. The program helps participants build the foundational knowledge and certifications that open doors to long-term, sustainable careers in construction and infrastructure.
